At Run Slut, Co., we embrace the freedom, humor, and passion that come with the trail-running lifestyle. Funny story—this brand started by accident back in 2021. It was during a trail-running event in Mammoth, California, where I met Garrett Corcoran, a seasoned runner known as the "Wizard of the Wasatch." Garrett showed up in a cotton shirt that read “Run Slut” in permanent marker—a bold statement, to say the least.

Here’s where the twist comes in: his shirt actually read “Run SL,UT”—a clever abbreviation for "Run Salt Lake, Utah." But I missed the comma and interpreted it in the most straightforward way possible. I thought, “This guy loves running so much, he's a slut for it!” Amused and inspired, I offered to make him some higher-quality shirts, never realizing my happy misunderstanding.

Garrett started wearing these shirts to events, and soon, people began to notice. Requests started rolling in. And just like that, what began as a joke transformed into a community and a brand. Run Slut, Co. was born, capturing the spirit of trail running for those who go the extra mile for the love of the trail.
